Located in Mitchell, Indiana, Spring Mill State Park is a must-see Lawrence County attraction! The Spring Mill State Park Lake is a relatively small lake but is a fun place to paddle a canoe or kayak for a couple of hours. Then you will be ready to rent a bike and hit the mountain bike trail. The 2 mile Spring Mill Park mountain bike trail is an easy off-road bike trail that is suitable for bikes with front suspension only. This is a great trail for beginners, or those who don't put in many off road miles on a bike. An excellent way to get a great cardiovascular workout! |
